Fees are $0.25 per page for copies. In-person requests are taken at 3201 West Roosevelt Road. Bring a photo ID. Written requests can be mailed or emailed to the sheriff office.

A Pulaski County arrest record will usually show the person name, date of birth, arresting agency, charge, bond, and mugshot. Pulaski County Court Records

Pulaski County is part of the 6th Judicial Circuit. The Pulaski County Circuit Court handles felony cases that follow a booking at the sheriff jail. District courts handle misdemeanors and traffic. You can search case files at the circuit clerk office at 401 West Markham Street in Little Rock.

Court records also live on the Arkansas CourtConnect system. The portal covers circuit courts across the state, including Pulaski. Under Arkansas Code § 16-55-116 most court records are public. The CourtConnect system does not host document images in most counties. You may need to visit the clerk for actual filings.

Record sealing is available under Arkansas Code § 16-90-1401. Non-violent misdemeanors can be sealed after five years. Some non-violent felonies qualify too. Class Y felonies, sex offenses against minors, and Class A or B felonies (other than drug offenses) cannot be sealed. The petition goes to the court where the case was heard. Once granted, the order goes to ACIC for a 30-day update.
